Ty Shepard


Ty's practice focuses on estate planning, business reorganizations, trust administration, and probating decedent estates.

Ty is a former president of the Young Lawyers Section of the Huntsville/Madison County AL Bar Association, Treasurer of the Huntsville/Madison County AL Bar Association, a member of the Huntsville, AL Committee of 100, a graduate of Leadership Huntsville/Madison County, Alabama - CONNECT Class 16, a board member for the Alabama State Bar Young Lawyer Section, and a volunteer with the Huntsville Volunteer Lawyers Program and Wills for Heroes. Ty is also on the Huntsville Symphony Orchestra Foundation Board.

Ty has taught continuing legal education classes on probate, creditor’s rights, business bankruptcy, taxation of decedent estates, federal taxation, and Alabama sales and use taxes. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar Sections on Bankruptcy and Trusts/ Estates.
